Nocino Americano

Batch 2022

Infused with American walnut, wild persimmon, and spicebush, this aperitivo brings mountain herbal lore to modern barcraft.

Deeper Dive

The name Nocino Americano speaks to two truths. First, the translation from Italian is "American walnut", around which this wine is built; and the second is that it is evocative of a Nocino liqueur in its earthy, nutty, walnut character and of an Americano in its style, a lightly bittered aperitivo.

Plays Well with...

Bourbon, Scotch, Mezcal.
Sip chilled at the end of an evening or give a walnut tone classic cocktails like a Manhattan.
