Great Smoky
Andrew NapierThis simple spritz takes its inspiration from the Great Smoky Mountains National Park. Straddling the border of North Carolina and Tennessee, it's known for its sprawling forests and year-round wildflower blooms. A cocktail in its name called for something woodsy and bright, so that's precisely what we made.
Ingredients
- 5 oz Troddenvale House Cider, chilled
- 1 oz Artemisia Equinox Gentiane, chilled
Preparation
- Pre-chill a wine glass. Pour the Equinox into the glass and top with the cider. Stir a few times to combine. No ice, no garnish.
